New Day Supported living focuses on providing and maintaining good standards of care in our supported living provisions for young adults with low to high level needs of support from the age of 16- 18. Our services are offered under a residential umbrella with a service that is operational 7 days a week for 24 hrs. a day.
We believe that with support and partnership working, young adults can be empowered and prepared to face any challenges in future through direct support to build a foundation, access equal opportunities and exercise their rights. It is important for New Day support staff to work with clients in a person-centred way to meet their needs, wishes and beliefs.

New Day supported living service aims to deliver around the clock accommodation, social and well-being support for children within the West Midlands and surrounding areas. Our homes are fully furnished meeting HMO standards. We aim for our properties to be in the local community to maintain connections, minimise travelling expenses and easy access to services. Staff will be allocated to match the client’s needs and interests.
Our staff are all trained and certified to match the standards of skills required to provide care for vulnerable young adults including managing care plans and reporting.
